Really hoped this buyer was going to be a great one, but unfortunately was not the case. He gave me a little tip via KC before payment whilst initially talking, which I was grateful for.
Initially requested Rev payment, and said that my link wasn't working. I checked this myself and had no issues, other buyers also used my link the same day. At the time didn't think anything of this.
Buyer then used PayPal, and sent via G&S with a descriptive description. This meant PP blocking my account, keeping funds and being unable to refund.
I gave the buyer the benefit of the doubt that he was none the wiser and spoke to PP via live chat, and called them to get his funds back ASAP. I spent hours doing this.
I then sent screenshots of how to send via F&F and explained how to do this...he then sent via G&S again!!
I offered the buyer a free video call to talk through how to make payment if he was struggling, with paying a tip in KC also suggested using KC as they have use those with no issues.
Buyer then left the order.
Felt like a huge kick in the teeth as I had massivley gone out of my way and tried to help. Felt that the buyer had no intention to pay in the first place
