Unfortunately after agreeing order and payment method, he advised he was having issues with his Barclays bank and was unable to log in, he advised this happens all the time.
Hey then advised me to give him 5 minutes, I gave him 20, and unfortunately no further update since, communication is so important.
Happy to change once agreed order is paid for.
