Another day of waiting, until she finally answered and blamed her friend and offered the refund. This was last night. I sent my bank details, hoping she would honour the refund.
I wake up today to see no refund issued, and I've been blocked

Very very disappointing and upsetting. Shame too as I was understanding to her issue with her friend, and offered a way to solve it with her doing me a vid for 2 mins, but she just blocked me instead
