Purchased a pair of panties from Lucy almost two weeks ago. Once I had paid, she informed me it was her time of the month and she would be in touch within 4-5 days, which is fine. After a week had passed and I still hadn't heard from her, I kindly asked her for an update. I was told she was wearing the item that day. Another 3-4 days went by with no further correspondence so I asked Lucy if she could confirm when she would be posting the item as she did not contact me again to request my address or let me know when the item would be posted. Her response was " I will need your address lol"

Frustrated with the level of service at this point but still being very polite, I provided my address and kindly asked her again when she would be posting the item, her response was “I was going to do it after work today but realised I didn’t have your address 🤣 I’ll do it in a bit”

I still haven’t been told that the item has been posted or even received an apology for delay and the substandard level of service which pretty much speaks for itself.

I as the buyer, have been the one to message her for updates on an item I have paid for as she clearly doesn't provide any which is not something you would expect from a 5 star rated seller with her feedback. I think a little bit of courtesy is not too much to ask for Lucy. I have been extremely polite and patient throughout and I am quite shocked at the level of service you provide.

You can keep the money I have paid because I don't believe you have any intention of sending the item but I am sure you will say it has been posted.

Thank you for wasting my time. It has been a miserable experience from start to finish.
