I did not get the video I asked for, I waited All day for it( which I said was fine) when I got it, it was not the video we agreed on at all. Pandora said it was her first time doing this video and that’s maybe why it wasn’t what I asked for . No refund/ video offered as compensation. Gutted

Worst experience I've had on here. Said product was sent when it hadn't been. When I asked about it said it should've arrived. When it did arrive the postmark was for the day I mentioned it almost a week after order placed. Advertised 4 pics were included, when questioned it I was told the product was already sent so didn't get a chance to take pics. Terrible service in my opinion!!!
You purchased a ready to be sent panty deal which the panties were sealed and ready to go and I posted them when said I was so it’s not my fault and fair to blame for me the delay
