DISCLAIMER: Loulou claims to have been having a bad week, and judging by the other reviews here, I believe my experience to be an isolated one, but I still need to share it. So, the good: My order arrived quickly, was vacuum-sealed as promised and VERY fragrant, all at a very good price! The bad: Loulou contacted me out of the blue to offer me a bundle. In between her offer, my paying, and it arriving, Loulou changed the contents of the bundle TWICE, without any input from me, the latter of which I only found out about after the package arrived with something different to what I was expecting in it. In between all this, communication was patchy at best, with me receiving approximately one message per day, and promised photos never surfacing. Would not recommend if this continues

Wow ... just wow ... communication with Lou was effortless and an order made. It arrived within a couple of days and I was super impressed with the vacuum seal packaging keeping everything fresh and as it should be.
