Awful buyer, harassed and hounded me. Even after video was sent, he left me an untruthful, bad review. Nothing was ever enough for him.
This seller is not telling the truth. She never sent the video and has offered no proof to support her claim. As I mentioned on her review she never made a genuine attempt to ensure the video was sent and I did not hear from her for over two days despite requesting she contact me to resolve the issue. She has not been honest at all with me since I sent payment. A seller who is only looking to take a buyers money and then lie about what she has done. I will be reporting her to the site and will not allow her to do this to other buyers. A deceitful person with no integrity whatsoever.

Awful buyer, so rude and very horrible to deal with. He has good reviews but unfortunately he was awful to me. Harassed me and sent horrible messages.
She even lies when she has to write up a review. I was never rude or nasty to her. I was extremely patient waiting each day for a video that was never made. I've dealt with many sellers on here but she clearly had no intention of filming or making a refund. I felt like she never wanted to film it and was not honest enough to admit it. Imagine how you feel as a buyer when you're told on numerous occasions that the video would be done today, only to be left disappointed everytime. She even went back on her promise to refund me. She is not a nice person if you can't build trust. Maybe I was unlucky but a seller should be honest from the start and that is not happened on this occasion. She is now making up things to cover up her shortcomings.
