He left a bad review because my amazon refund didn't go through the first time which I'm trying to resolve. He did not want my panties when I was already booked a few days ahead so I offered a refund which I've been trying to sort out. Because I didn't reply with a few hours (I was visiting family on Mother's Day so wasn't online) now he's blocked me so I can't get in touch. I'm trying to resolve this.
