Bulging Moving Stomach Feels Like Alien Coming Out

I realised that I have started to develop a stomachache after eating some bad food which tasted weird.
Shortly afterwards, I start to feel sick and decide to lay down.
Between lots of rubbing of my stomach, my stomach starts to move.
Describing how it feels, as though an alien is inside moving trying to make its way out through my bellybu*ton!
At this point, my stomach is bulging ma**ively and is moving in and out.
I decide to finger my belly bu*ton and play with my stomach to see if it will calm down the movements.
After awhile I unbu*ton my trousers and lift your shirt and start to rub my belly as it starts to move more violently.
Eventually after my stomach going absolutely crazy moving around, I stand up and feel that whatever it is inside my stomach wants to come out!
So I finger my belly bu*ton aggressively encouraging this unknown creature to get out!
