Ms Lucy's Femdom Fitness Control: "Quick Obedience Burn"
Objective:
A sharp, intense workout to make you sweat and submit fast β all under my strict control. No excuses, no ball-busting, just disciplined effort for my pleasure.
Duration: 20β25 minutes
Equipment needed: Yoga mat, timer, phone/camera for proof.
Warm-Up (3 minutes)
Kneel tall, hands behind head.
Deep breath in (4 counts): βI obey Ms Lucy.β
Breath out (6 counts): βMy body is yours.β
Repeat for 1 minute.
Then 2 minutes of slow squats (10 reps/min), whispering at the bottom: βThank you, Ms Lucy.β
Main Workout β 3 Rounds
(No rest between exercises; 60 seconds rest between rounds only. Perfect form or restart the round.)
Push-Up Devotion (10 reps)
Full push-ups. Hold 2 seconds at the bottom and whisper: βFor Ms Lucy.β
Lunge Submission (10 reps per leg)
Forward lunges. Pause at bottom and say: βI kneel for Ms Lucy.β
Plank of Ownership (45β60 seconds)
Forearm plank. Every 15 seconds say out loud: βI hold for Ms Lucy.β
Burp** Tributes (8 reps)
Full burp**s. On each jump: βThank you, Goddess.β
Finisher (3 minutes)
High knees in place. Every 30 seconds, drop to knees for 5 seconds in worship pose (head bowed), then resume immediately. Count every high knee out loud.
Rules & Control
Film it and send proof.
No extra breaks. Water only on your knees.
No s**ual touching β focus on obedience.
When done, kneel and message: βMs Lucy, your slave completed the Quick Obedience Burn in [time] minutes. I need more of your control.β
