Unfortunately, similar experiences to the below 1 star reviews. Ordered a custom and was told it'd be done within the hour. Didn't happen and then patchy communication for the next few days. Still nothing sent. Will change the review if I receive it.

I hate having to do this but it is what it is, I ordered off u nearly 2 weeks ago and paid within that day, haven’t had any messages or anything in the last week and a half or so. I understand u might be busy or life gets in the way or whatever but even then just let me know, I can see you’ve been online most days. If u are willing to send me a refund I’ll delete this review.
