Despite having a couple of good reviews this seller has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I requested over a week ago a custom video which she was happy to film for me and after I sent her payment she has provided no updates for over a week. I sent her a message on Friday requesting the seller to film the video over the previous weekend and if this was not possible, to send me a refund. At no point after I sent these messages, has she made any attempt to contact me to resolve the issue. Since then, she has posted more items for sale on her profile and so I am warning other buyers to be wary of dealing with this seller. Her communication is terrible yet up to the point before I sent payment, she was in constant touch daily until I sent payment. I will have no choice but to report seller to the site if I don't receive the video or a full refund. The worst part is that I know I will probably never receive a refund or that the seller will make any attempt to resolve this given the fact she has not been in touch for over a week.
