Ever Monday I have EMDR therapy to help PTSD.
Little back story - i hemorrhaged 3 times last year. 2litres and time, 6 litres total in 7 weeks. Grade 4 Hypovolemic shock, ICU, OVTs and surgeries. This has ofcourse created PTSD.
EMDR can leave me exhausted and unable to work.

This lifestyle genuinely really helps me - even with feeling body positive!
